FRSC Rivers state commander cuts off hair extensions of female members

The Rivers State Sector Commander, Mr. Andrew A Kumapayi of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has demonstrated the act of discipline in Service as he shared the pictures where he was cutting off the hair extension of two female members during the command's parade.

According to reports their hair was cut off because it contravened some work place regulations.
The commission has a rule which states that all female uniformed officers must not have a hairstyle that drops past their collar.
