Chief Emeka Ngige, a Legal Practitioner has called on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) to as a matter of national importance take after the immediate past First Lady, Patience Jonathan for indiscrimately claiming funds starched in banks across the country.
Chief Ngige stated this while addressing Newsmen shortly after the Presentation of the maiden edition of Anambra Icons, a Magazine published by one Mr. Uchechukwu Egulu, an Engineer, at the Professor Dora Akunyili Women Development Center, Awka.
The Legal Luminary who opined that Antigraft war is on course irrespective of the public opinion that it's lopsided, maintained that federal government is rather winning the battle.
He observed that the way and manner the ex-first Lady is laying claims on funds located in various banks is alarming and urged the Anti-theft Agencies to call her to orders.
For his part, another Legal Boss, Mr. Beluolisa Nwaofor who reacted to funds discovered in Osborne Towers, Ikoyi Lagos, encouraged the EFCC to facilitate the identification of the looters even as he described it as a welcome development.
He advised the public to remain calm and avoid speculations as according to him the law enforcement agents are on top the situation and will present their findings in due time.
