In a speech while commissioning this State of Art facility, Stanel World, Governor Obiano maintained that his resolve to transform the state for better is sacrosanct.

According to a manager of the Stanel Group, Mrs. Angela Madaki, the Economic outfit in Awka, Anambra state has over 200 Staff members, these she said serve in various sections of the ultra-modern luxury centre; such as Filling Station, Car Wash centre, Resturant, the Stanel Clean Laundry, Automobile Oil and Tyre Change Garage, the VIP Lounge, Super Market, Farmers Market among others.

Speaking with Delight News, the Provost of Federal College of Education, Umunze, Professor Josephart Ogwuagu applauded the initiator, Mr Stanley Uzochukwu saying that the establishment has opened door for more investors.

Court orders LG election in Anambra before August 15.

The quest for Local Government Autonomy today recorded a boost as an Anambra Court presided over by the Chief Judge of Peter Peter Umeadi orders the Anambra State independent Electoral Commission (ANSIEC) to conduct election for only candidates already nominated for the election before the process was stopped before August 15, 2017. In a landmark judgment yesterday, in Court 1 of Anambra State High Court, Hon Justice Umeadi, while delivering judgment in suit No A/182/2016 brought by All Progressives Congress (APC) & 21 others vs Anambra State independent Electoral Commission (ANSIEC) & 28 others, held that the appointment and reappointment of Caretaker Committees in the 21 LGs of Anambra State is illegal.
