Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra state averred this during his endorsement for second term in office by the Anambra state chapter of Association of masters of ceremony, at Emmaus House, Awka.

The MCs Summit with the theme, Public Communication, Democracy and Good Governance was attended by members of the Association from all nooks of the state.

Governor Obiano assured the entertainers that his administration will ensure veritable ground for them to benefit from the opportunities the state digital studios will provide

The Governor reiterated his determination to collaborate with State Ministry of Youth Entrepreneurship and Sports Development in making the best out Youths in the state while encouraging the public communicators to always be professional in discharge of their duties.

In a Keynote Address, a Former Deputy Vice Chancellor of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Professor Obikeze Obiajulu charged the MCs to base their profession on facts and dependable information as they are capable of influencing the society.

Earlier in a remark, the Chairman on the occasion and a Former Nigeria’s Ambassador to Spain, Iyom Bianca Ojukwu advised Public Communicator to be mindful making certain appraisal speeches on individuals so as not instigate unnecessary desire for wealth by vulnerable youths.
