Senator Ita Enang (Akwa Ibom North East) described the opposition to the 10 per cent host community fund by mostly northern senators as “misplaced”. The sit at home order by the Independent People of Biafra, IPOB, and MASSOB seems to effective in Awka and environs as most busy places looks deserted while there were skeletal services in some motor parks.
